Written in 2002, the Missouri Drought Plan is meant to address the need for coordinated response and advanced emergency planning for drought in the state. The drought plan outlines proactive strategic and tactical measures designed to better prepare Missouri for drought. The Missouri Drought Plan is undergoing an update beginning in 2020.
